jfSnip lets busy writers create shortcut snippets for text clippings. These are useful when you know there are certain phrases you will end up repeating and do not want to type them over again.
The application install in your menu bar, from where you have access to not only your folders with the different clippings, but also to your clipping history.
If you press 'Manage snippets', jfSnip will open up a new window, from which you can create new folders and snippets. Just copy and paste in your text clipping, add a good snippet name, and you're ready to go.
In my opinion, jfSnip lacks keystroke shortcuts. These would come in really handy to add in your snippets. However, the fact that you can access it from the menu bar and being able to create themed folders make all your snippets easily accessible.
jfSnips is a menu bar item that lets you quickly add in text snippets. Recommended if you don't want to type the same expressions all the time.
